Under Reg CF, a single project can raise up to $5M from retail investors. Most Artist Exchange raises target $50k - $150k: enough for a proper LP and tour.
Every fan who buys shares has financial incentive to stream your music, share it, and advocate for it. Your investor list is your most motivated street team.
Labels offer 10-20% royalty rates and take your masters. We offer you the capital without the strings. Investor-friendly terms are still better than label terms.
