Account setup takes about 5 minutes. Here is what happens at each step and why.

Create your account

Sign up with email or social login. You will set a password and choose a username. This is where your portfolio and investment history live.

Username is public on your investor profile

Email is used for confirmations and updates only

Password must be 12+ characters (we recommend a passphrase)

Identity verification (KYC)

Federal law requires us to verify your identity before you can invest. This is why.

Anti-money-laundering compliance (AML)

Know Your Customer regulations (KYC) apply to all securities offerings

We never store your SSN; verification is done by a third party and discarded after confirmation

NOTE

Takes 2-5 minutes. You will need a government ID (passport or driver license) and to answer a few questions about your address history.

Link a funding source

Add a bank account or debit card for transfers. You control when money leaves your account.

Bank transfer is free and arrives in 3-5 business days

Debit card is instant (there is a small 2% processing fee, similar to Stripe or PayPal)

You can link multiple accounts and choose which one to use for each investment

Your funding source is never shared with artists. We never charge you without your explicit approval.

Agree to terms

You will review and electronically sign our investor agreement. Here is what you are actually agreeing to.

You understand that shares in artists are securities and involve risk

You are subject to a 12-month holding period under Reg CF regulations

You will receive quarterly reporting on distributions and artist performance

NOTE

No hidden terms. The agreement is plain English and covers your rights as a shareholder.

Your account is live. You can now browse the leaderboard and make your first investment.

First investment minimum is $25 (you can start small)

Minimum per offering is the same as individual investment minimum

You control all future transactions from your dashboard

Common questions

+ How long does verification take?

Account setup takes about 5 minutes. Identity verification is usually instant; if flagged for review, it takes 1-2 business days.

+ Do I have to invest immediately?

No. You can create an account, verify your identity, and take your time browsing. Investments only go through when you approve them.

+ Can I use a prepaid or gift card?

We accept debit cards tied to valid bank accounts. Prepaid cards typically work if they are linked to the card issuer's verification system. Try adding it and we will tell you if there is an issue.

+ What if I move or my address changes?

Update your profile anytime. Significant address changes may trigger a quick reverification (still 1-2 minutes).

+ Can I delete my account?

Yes, at any time. You keep your history and gains for tax reporting. Deleted accounts cannot hold active investments.
